Return Policy

At Tina Jewelers our desire is that you are satisfied with your purchase, If not we would be happy to accept your return for an exchange or store credit. 


Any merchandise in its original condition purchased from Tina Jewelers may be returned and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase accompanied with an original receipt or invoice. 


Alternatively, and at the sole discretion of Tina Jewelers, L.L.C., a credit may be given to the purchaser, toward the purchase of other merchandise, for the face value of the original receipt or invoice. In the event a credit is given, it shall remain valid for one year from the date of issue. All claims and returned goods MUST be accompanied by your receipt. 


Since diamond grading is not an exact science our stone grading represents only the best professional opinion of this company. It is not a guarantee or valuation of merchandise described. 


  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unaltered, in its original and saleable condition and accompanied by the original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase.


  • If your item has signs of misuse (worn, altered, or damaged) there will be a 15% restocking fee. 


  • Tina jewelers is not responsible for merchandise repaired by another jeweler outside of Tina Jewelers. 


  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted on discounted items, special ordered, custom designed merchandise, items engraved, and personalized. 



Once your item is inspected and approved then your return will be processed, and an exchange or store credit will be applied. 


We are only responsible for pieces directly purchased or repaired from Tina Jewelers. 


Tina Jewelers has a right to refuse any merchandise that is not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.  


*Please note: We can process TinaJewelers.com returns by mail, but any purchase made in store must be returned or exchanged in person at Tina Jewelers.
