Repairs are not eligible for price match requests. As our repair prices are already generously discounted, we will not accept discounts on repair items.  

At Tina Jewelers, we value quality and craftsmanship.  If you experience the need for a repair, we would be glad to help. Jewelry purchased at Tina Jewelers is eligible for a complementary one time repair. If your jewelry breaks due to normal wear and tear, we can still repair it for free within the first year. We will require proof of purchase to verify. 

Jewelry Repairs needed after 1 year or caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at your expense. We  will evaluate all warranty claims on a case-by-case basis and determine at our discretion if our warranty applies to the claim. If an item meets the conditions, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. 

Tina Jewelers reserves the right to charge fees for repairs using our professional discretion. 

Tina jewelers is not responsible for merchandise that are not purchased or repaired at Tina Jewelers.
