At Tina Jewelers we hope to provide quality and comfort in our pieces so that you are satisfied with your purchase. We will repair or replace any article that is damaged due to our negligence, within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Every client is responsible for their original item they provide before Tina Jewelers begins production as well as inspecting the completed redesigned piece purchased from Tina Jewelers before leaving the store. You may submit the item to this store for repair only and we will not act as an insurer of the item(s). All claims must be accompanied by your original receipt or invoice. Once your item is inspected and approved then your repair will be processed.
If your piece shows signs of misuse, damage, or improper care besides daily wear and tear, repair charges will be incurred. Tina Jewelers reserves the right to charge fees for repairs using our professional discretion.
Orders that are already in production cannot be canceled as the design and materials were approved before beginning the production.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted on discounted items, custom, redesign, items engraved, and personalized.
You agree that there is reasonable risk involved in removing stones from mountings and resetting stones. It is the responsibility of Tina Jewelers to assess any risk regarding the provided stone and advise the client on any foreseeable issues before moving forward with stone resetting. By providing consent for Tina Jewelers to reset a pre-existing gemstone, you hold harmless Tina Jewelers against any stone damage due to stone flaws or existing stone cracks, chipping, flaws, or inclusions. It is recommended that you have a copy of the stone certification (GIA), a copy of the appraisal, and insurance policy covering the stone. Please note that an appraisal is not insurance.
Tina Jewelers accepts no responsibility or warranty outside of normal wear and tear, misuse of merchandise or repairs done by another jeweler outside of Tina Jewelers. Please inspect all merchandise before leaving our store, as you are responsible for merchandise thereafter.
*Tina Jewelers will not act as an insurer of your item if it is lost, stolen, or damaged. It is recommended that you appraise your jewelry by a certified GIA gemologist in order to get an insurance policy covering your stone or jewelry. Please note that an appraisal is not insurance.
