The process begins with a consultation at a Tina Jewelers store to create the design of the piece and select what materials you would like to use to make it. Such as metal type, type of stone, stone shape, stone size, and stone color. We will contact you to approve the design and a handmade wax model will be created. It will then be casted into metal and ready for the stones to be set.

It is recommended to get an appraisal and insurance on any valuable piece of jewelry to cover the expense of replacing or repairing it. You can visit gia.edu or bbb.org to find a certified appraiser who will document your jewelry. The document you receive can then be used to verify the value of your jewelry when applying for insurance.
