At Tina Jewelers we hope to provide quality and comfort in our pieces so that you are satisfied with your purchase. We will repair or replace any article that is damaged due to our negligence, within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Every client is responsible for inspecting their completed custom piece purchased from Tina Jewelers before leaving the store. You may submit the item to this store for repair only and we will not act as an insurer of the item(s). All claims must be accompanied by your original receipt or invoice. Once your item is inspected and approved then your repair will be processed.
If your piece shows signs of misuse, damage, or improper care besides daily wear and tear, repair charges will be incurred. Tina Jewelers reserves the right to charge fees for repairs using our professional discretion.
Orders that are already in production cannot be canceled as the design and materials were approved before beginning the production.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted on discounted items, special ordered, custom designed merchandise, items engraved, and personalized.
We will replace *any diamond** and gemstones** covered by this Guarantee if it chips, breaks, or is lost from its original setting during normal wear. In order for your Stone Replacement Guarantee to remain in effect, all repairs or changes must be completed by our jeweler, you must have your diamond and/or gemstone inspected and have the inspection documented every six months by our jeweler.
This includes the labor and materials necessary to set the replacement diamond or gemstone.
Diamonds and gemstones will be replaced on a like-for-like basis (e.g. lab grown for lab grown or natural for natural)
We guarantee the mounting for your diamond or gemstone against all defects in material or workmanship. We will repair or replace your mounting without charge if any defects in material or workmanship from Tina Jewelers are found during this 30 day period, excluding wear and tear, misuse, or repairs done outside of Tina Jewelers.
*Tina Jewelers will not act as an insurer of your item if it is lost, stolen, or damaged. It is recommended that you appraise your jewelry by a certified GIA gemologist in order to get an insurance policy covering your stone or jewelry. Please note that an appraisal is not insurance.
