An order confirmation message with a 'Quote' from Tina Jewelers is an automated message that confirms that your order request has been received. It does not imply that the order has been placed. You will receive a follow up email from contact@tinajewelers.com to confirm your order and quote. The production will not begin until you have given your approval and a payment for your item listed in 'Custom / Catalog Orders' under 'Shop' has been made. Please review the details of your item before making a payment. Orders that are already in production cannot be canceled.
Tina Jewelers is not obligated to complete a customer order, and reserves the right to cancel products or services for any reason at any time at our discretion. The customer's sole remedy in such cases will be the full refund of any funds that we have collected in reference to the canceled products and/or services.
All online orders must be paid with a credit card. We accept debit and credit cards. All credit card transactions are confidential and protected by SSL encryption.
Orders will ship within 7 business days. Custom Made to Order will require a 1-2 week production time to create due to the handmade jewelry process. Once custom pieces are in production, they cannot be canceled or returned.
All online orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS and will be charged a flat rate shipping charge of $ for US domestic shipping.
Please note that additional charges will apply for expedited, rush orders. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages.
We are only responsible for pieces directly purchased from tinajewelers.com.
Tina Jewelers is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods during transit.
For all international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all related duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Fees are determined by the recipient's destination country and based on the retail value on your invoice; these fees are out of our control. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
We accept returns on items purchased from the tinajewelers.com 'Shop' only if it is unworn, unaltered, in its original and saleable condition and accompanied by the original packaging within 7 days of receipt, excluding items that are discounted, special ordered custom designed merchandise, redesign, items engraved, and personalized. Please provide Tina Jewelers with your receipt or proof of purchase upon returns.
To return an item, you must first contact Tina Jewelers at Contact@tinajewelers.com and let us know the reason why you would like to make a return and provide your receipt or proof of purchase. We will then process the eligibility of your request to make a return. If you are eligible for a return, Tina Jewelers will confirm with you and you will be given a full refund / store credit for your item excluding shipping fees.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item.
Tina Jewelers is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit upon returns.
When Tina Jewelers receives your item and it is in it's unworn, unaltered, in its original and saleable condition and accompanied by the original packaging, your refund will be processed.
