Upgrade Your Jewelry

If you would like to upgrade your natural diamond, gemstone, or lab-grown diamond jewelry purchased at a  Tina Jewelers store to one of greater quality, Tina Jewelers will apply the full credit of your original purchase price towards the purchase of the upgrade priced at least $1 more than the original amount or higher. Your natural diamond, gemstone, or lab-grown diamond jewelry must be in its original condition and accompanied by its original GIA or IGI diamond grading report. Please note that any diamond jewelry brought in for our upgrade policy will require inspection prior to finalizing agreement. 

Any natural diamonds or gemstones, mounted that are still in its original condition purchased at a Tina Jewelers store is eligible for an upgraded. Tina jewelers will apply the full credit of your original purchase price towards the purchase of the upgrade priced at least $1 more or higher than the original amount. 

Note: Depending on size and shape selected, upgrading your stone may also require changing your setting, which will incur additional costs.

You’ll receive the full value of what you originally paid, not including sales tax, as credit toward the purchase of any other natural or lab-grown gemstone of greater value.

Any lab-grown diamonds mounted that are still in it's original condition with the original GIA or IGI diamond grading report purchased at a Tina Jewelers store is eligible for an upgrade. Tina Jewelers will apply the current retail value, up to the original purchase price of the upgrade that is priced at least $1 more or higher than the original price. 

Note: Depending on current retail value, you may receive less as credit than what you originally paid.

You’ll receive our current retail value at time of purchase, up to the full value you originally paid (not including sales tax), as credit toward the purchase of any other lab-grown or natural gemstone of greater value.

Note: All precious metals (Yellow Gold, White Gold, Rose Gold - 14K, 18K. Platinum. Sterling Silver.) are eligible for upgrade.
