If you are in need of an urgent repair, you can get your jewelry repaired while you wait or we will have the repair completed on the same day and give you a call. Please bring your ticket with you to pick up your jewelry.

Chain Repair
For necklaces, bracelets, or anklets.
- Broken Chain Repair
Solid - Yellow Gold, White Gold, Rose Gold, Platinum, Silver
Hollow - Yellow Gold, White Gold, Rose Gold
We drop a piece of soldering material onto the broken area, solder, and file the link to a smooth finish and clean the item.
- Shorten Chain Links
Metals - 10K, 14K, 22K, 24K; Yellow Gold, White Gold, Rose Gold, Platinum, and Silver.
Alternative Metals - Stainless Steel
- Extend Chain Links

* If chain metal type, style, or measurements are not available; it will take approx. 1 week to order or make the matching chain(s) needed.
- Soldering open Jump Ring closed
- Jump Ring Replacement
*chains, necklaces, bracelets, anklets, or earrings
We will provide you with a brand new jump ring and solder it closed.
- Clasp Repair
If the spring or toggle is loose, fallen out or lost; after assessment we can either repair or replace a new piece.
- Clasp Replacement
We replace your chain with a new lobster clasp, solder and finish the jump ring, and also clean it.

Bead(s) are soldered on the inside of the ring to keep the ring from rotating.

A metal flange is soldered around the inside of the band to keep the ring from rotating.
Ring Resizing
Prices and turn-around-time will vary depending on the difficulty of the design, metal, thickness, amount of stones on the ring, and how soon you need it to be done. ( We work with Yellow Gold, White Gold, Rose Gold - 10K, 14K, 18K, 22K, 24K. Platinum, Palladium, .925 Sterling Silver & .935 Argentium Silver )
