Starting with ideas, inspirations, and sketches, we source specifications such as measurements and materials. Then we proceed with the 'Metal Production Process' in order to create the piece.
Raw metal is melted and mixed, then rolled and pressed under machinery.
Once the raw metal is ready, either a pattern is drawn onto the metal sheet and then cut out with a piercing saw or laser, or the shape is cut out with a die cutter.
The metal is formed by shaping, hammering, raising over a stake, sinking, die-forming, and bending to create the cut metal. The formed pieces are then soldered together to make the mounting.
Once the metal mounting is assembled, the stones are ready to be set.
After adding any details, such as a hallmark, engraving, finishing (texture), or polishing, a concluding cleaning is done, and the final product is complete.
